When employees are injured or disabled or become ill on the job, they may be entitled to medical or disability-related leave under two federal laws: the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act. Workers' Compensation laws also have leave provisions that may apply. This course is meant to help employers understand their responsibilities related to medical and disability-related leave.
